2 - Fill out the registration form
Filling out the registration form for the trip is essential. You provide essential information, such as name, age, nationality, and relevant medical issues. You can also indicate your level of riding experience and share your expectations for the trip. It is crucial to fill out the form accurately to ensure a safe and satisfactory experience.
3 - Ensure the terms of contract, insurance coverage, and other information regarding your participation
Once all information has been evaluated, we will send instructions on how to finalize your reservation and payment for your horseback travel package.

4 - Confirm your reservation and make your initial payment
The first step to securing your reservation is the pre-registration payment of 50% of the total package price for early reservation purposes. This amount is deductible from the final price or refundable in case of event cancellation.
If there is no confirmation of the group closing and guaranteed departure for the specific itinerary by the deadline set for each event, the full amount paid for pre-registration will be refunded.
One reason for not closing the group is having fewer pre-registrations than the minimum number of people required for the specific program.
The guarantee for each event's departure occurs when each group closes with a minimum of 5 pre-registered people.
Once confirmed and guaranteed for departure, if the client cancels, the pre-registration amount will not be refunded.
The remaining payment, corresponding to 50% of the program's cost, must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the program. Reservations made after this period must include the total payment for the program.

6 - You will have time to attach all necessary documents and complete the remaining payment by the deadline of 30 days before the departure date of your chosen itinerary.
